Admission:

• Eligibility: For the present we propose to accomodate elders who can attend to their personal activities like moving around, bathing etc. on their own. In course of time as the organisation grows, we can take care of bedridden elders also. No caste and creed discrimination.

Fees:

• It is a non profit organisation. Profit accrued if any, will be utilised for the welfare activities of society. Every inmate have to pay for the services availed. Economy and optimum use of resource is the corner stone of our income and expanditure management.
• According to the facilities availed the monthly fees will range from maximum of Rs.15,000 to Rs.5,000 for rent and food.
• Deposit amount to be paid will range from Rs.10,000 to Rs.1,00,000 depending up on the services availed.

General:

• Co-operating with the maintenance staff in keeping the cleanliness of the home will definitely benefit their good health.
• Liquor and drug ban is for inmate welfare only.
• Economical use of water and power is the need of the hour.

Funds:

• The monthly bills include room rent, food charges, maintenance charges and monthly medical checkups only. Treatment charges are to be borne by the inmates.
• Yearly revision of bills depending upon the inflation rate is due w.e.f Apirl.
• On or before 7th of every month, monthly bill has to be paid either by cash or online.

Final Days:

• Incase of emergency, organization will take necessary set-up to protect the life of the inmate.
• Incase of demise of an inmate with in the premises, the management will not be held legally responsibile for their death. And the body will be handed over to the concerned person as per the terms and condition signed during the admission of the inmate.
• Body will be preserved upto 24 hours in refrigerated box. Guardian or relatives are to collect the body with in that time.
• The expanses will be adjusted from the deposit and the balance if any, will be collected from their guardian.
